  • please give some suggestion, am confused

I am currently on opt ead working as contractor, my first ead expires on jan 20th 2016 applied for extension. I have got an full time oppurtunity , but they do not sponsor h1.
I have h4ead where i can move to h4ead once my opt ead expires in 2019.

    My question is,
    1) Is that safe to take fulltime and move to h4ead in near future
    2) Shall i continue my job as a contractor and apply h1, without accepting fulltime oppurtunity.

Could you please through some light to choose the best option.

I would suggest to accept the full time offer and later move to H4 EAD.

          1. There’s no guarantee that the H-4 EAD program will still be available in 2019.
          2. No one can tell you what to do. You need to weigh the pros and cons. If you take the FT job, you can still look for another employer who would be willing to file the H-1B in 2018 or 2019. Or you can stay with the current company and keep looking for companies who are willing to sponsor the H-1B.
