H1b filing while on OPT

Hello Guys, PLEASE Suggest me some reliable IT consultancy who can file H1b ??
I am working for a non profit organization from past 1 years and have a STEM OPT right now. I would like the readers of this community to please suggest me some reliable IT consultancies who can file H1b this coming April 2017. My personal preference will be that I do not t want to leave my current job (Non profit) right now till October 1, 2017 =but I want some IT consultancy to file my H1b this coming April 2017. Also I want to know I this totally legal right and I am not doing anything wrong in terms of asking some consultancy to file H1b. PLEASE Suggest me some reliable IT consultancy ??
