On bench since 10 months. Filed Stem Extension with no of working hrs as 20 hours.

Hello Everyone

Unfortunately, I was never in a project in my OPT period. My employer was kind enough to file my stem extension(Signed I-983). But my concern is,employer has shown that the no. of working hours as 20. I started generating my pay roll since last month. Are there any chances of RFE. Need your suggestions. Please help.

You won't have any issues in opt ,not necessary to be in project and have pay stubs ,employer letter will be enough .In opt you can do voluntary work
