OPT for two-semesters' certificate program

Hi, everyone!
Please give a clear answer if I eligible for OPT program; and,if it possible, give me a link to a reliable source where is matching my certain case.
I am studying at a technical college since Spring 2016 as a F1-student. After I have accomplished three of five semesters of Associated degree program, I switched to the different course which is two-semesters' certificate program. So, next Summer I will got my certificate.
Since this is my first degree in US, have I any chance to be on OPT program even after so short program?

Check with your school dso, they will be sbke to check if your eligibility

Opt is only for degree programs, check the degree code on your i20 with opt eligibility chart on uscis website

my school DSO is a very busy person, it is almost impossible to speak with her face to face. I have to know what to ask before meet her.

"An F-1 student who has attended an SEVP-certified college, university,
conservatory, or seminary on a full-time basis for at least one academic
year may be authorized for up to 12 months of OPT per education level.
However, F-1 students who have one year or more of full-time curricular
practical training are not eligible for OPT for that degree. "
I guess, if I am a F1 student, then my college is SEVP-certified. So, the duration of my Certificate program is 12 month. Is this mean I eligible for OPT?
