" Validation Errors" can't check my opt case

Hello All,

I applied my OPT on September 26 indicating that I want to start it from December 27 . I got Notice of action after 10 days indicating that the receive date was Sep 29. But when I tried to check my case after that I see "Validation Error(s), You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding".I gave a call to 800 number and even she did not find my case and got the same message. So she asked me to wait until 75 days. So when I wait until 75 days and after that if they say something is wrong or issue with the document, then at that point it will be too late to do everything because I have to start my job around January 15 and need to get that OPT card by first week of January. So is there any way to solve this issue and get the EAD card by time? Hope for your suggestions and experience.

Sometimes it will take 20-30 days to reflect your case number and corresponding status in website after receiving the receipt from USCIS.

But mine is already 60 days

It took 2 weeks for mine to update case status online. Usually it takes 30-45 days to update in database.

It's similar to my case. I cannot track my application even after 70 days. But I have received my card. Try to check with uscis after 60 days ask them to transfer to next level. They can give update on ur case. Don't worry.. all the best..

. My case is gonna be 60 days on Nov 29. Did you talk to USCIS next level in that period. How long it took for you to get card and when was your case happened ?

Did you talk to next level or the first agent ? How can I talk to next level, what do I need to request to first agent to get next level? Please let me know
