Will there be any issues with stem extension if i do 1 year course work & then 4 months only cpt?

Will there be any issues with STEM Extension or H1B Visa if I do 1 year coursework (spring, summer & fall) & then 4 months(spring) only CPT with no course taken?
[LIST][*]I will get college credit for CPT.[*]I will be completing 27 credits from coursework & 3 credits for CPT of total 30 credits.[/LIST]

My masters is at University of Central Missouri in CS & want to do unpaid Internship in spring 2017 in a start up company (E-Verified) where I got offer.
