I have submitted my application on Oct 4th 2016 with Eligibility criteria as c 3 A but my I-20 is for Post-completion OPT (c 3 B).
and I have not submited all the i-20s that have been issued to me like travel signature i-20 transfer i-20.
I have just included the i20 where CPT and OPT were mentioned .
I have sent a letter to correct the Pre-complition to Post-completion OPT.
Help me with the probability of getting rejected denied or RFE.
What are the steps that I need to take to make the nessary changes.
will USCIS consider the letter that I have sent them.
My status is showing as follows:
On October 04, 2016, we received your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization , Receipt Number XXXX, and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your receipt notice by November 11, 2016, please call Customer Service at 1-800-375-5283. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.
