Urgent - OPT minimum hours for multiple employers

Hi,
I am in currently in the initial STEM OPT (12-month). Recently I received 2 job offers from two different companies and one of them will only hire me for 15 hr/week and the other for 20 hr/week. I know about the requirement of at least doing 20 hr per week in OPT but My question is, can I work both jobs at the same time (since total 35 hours/week), or am I only eligible to work the second job (because the 1st one is below 20 hr/week)?

You can work for both employers.
