OPT status shows "No Information can be provided" - I am tensed

Hi, I graduated in May 2013. And i have applied for my OPT card on April 9 2013, but when i checked my status online yesterday it stated that"No information can be provided at this time, please call the no given below". My Opt date has already began and I am getting tensed as days pass by.. Could any one please tell me what should i do next?

April 9th seems to be a bad day to apply! I've the same status too

did u call on that num?? call them n provide wit ur receipt num...

Stop assuming things.. Please call USCIS call center rather checking online..

it might be technical error, mine says I changed my address when I never did so I called them and they apologized and said my address is the same but there's an error in their system. Also I think you might get your decision soon and that's why the system's just updating. Keep checking your mail!

it happened to me , they may tell you , technical problem or something but with in few days they 'll update your status...

You should have called them rather than posting it here. It would have saved you some time

USCIS is very slow, they take lot of time to do processing. I did go through the same kind of situation. They do things at their own pace.
