Hello everyone! My OPT recieved date was Aug 24, but when i check my status on USCIS website its showing validation error. Its now been 68days.I have called to USCIS and they told me that due to huge demand we are unable update the process and it will take nearly 4-6 months. Iam really scared as my start date is Dec 8th.Will my sevis gets terminated if it takes 4-6months to recieve my OPT card? Please help. Thank you!

Dont worry. Uscis has a very bad system in place. I sent my opt package. And recieved the card in 2 months. Even now , uscis says validation error, case not found . As long as you have the reciept , you are cool.Comment
