My signature is not on my opt card instead "signature waived" is written on it. Is it best to apply for replacement card to be on safer side? If yes do what documents do I have to send? Pls suggest me. I am not yet prepared to take the pain of waiting so long again.

It's not a problem.if your name is big when it doesn't fit in the box then they gone waive it until n unless if u have ur photo and name your are fineComment
