Hi All,

I am Graduate Student employed to a Staffing firm (Company A) working for the Client (Company B).

Key Points before mentioning my questions:
[LIST][*]Presently I am in POST OPT applying for STEM OPT[*]My Company A has provided me i-983 and Company A,B are e-verified[*]My resume was genuine before joining Company B.[*]I am working in the same domain as what I studied during my Graduation.[/LIST]


My Questions are:

1.) Can I get STEM OPT extension if I work for the staffing firm, If not what will be the reasons ?
2.) In i-983 Employer Site Information section. The following information was provided,
Site Name : Company A-Company B (exactly in this format)
Site Address : Company B's Address
Will these be a problem ?

Please help me out. This is the only site I rely on.

1- yes you can. if they are wiling to fill form 1-983, it should not be a problem at all.
2- In form I983, Site's information should be company B (Client), and employer's information should be company A (staffing agency).
