Hello all,
i have a weird situation with my employer, my opt is going to end in January, i did not got a job, i have to file a extension but my employer is not issuing i983, employer told me to apply without second I20 (which is issued by university after submitting i983) for my extension he wants me to attach the Offer Letter. my employer want to give the i983 after receiving RFE from uscis. i'm also looking to change the employer but its really tough to find a employer who hires an extension zone student.
i have few questions like
- Is this scenario really works well ?
-Uscis will consider the offer letter to request an i20 ??
-Uscis will really requests the missing documents or it straightaway denies my extension ???
please help me out with your suggestions,
