Opt extension

[desiopt2016]

Hello All,

Its been 95 Days, applied OPT extension, not able to see the case online.
Contacted USCIS several times, they are telling officer is working the case,
wait for more 10-15 days. What I have to do? My employer asking the extension EAD card.
EAD already expired more than 60 days.. What I have to do.Please suggest.
Got a new opportunity as well but no EAD..Please suggest. How many days more I have to wait?
Is there anyone the same situation?

You have to put in a “Service Request”. Unless you actually say Service Request for being outside of normal processing time, USCIS won’t do anything.
Also, you are authorized to continue working for 180 days after your OPT expires. You can work for at least 120 more days. You can print out this page and show it to the employer: https://www.uscis.gov/working-united...yment/stem-opt.

Did you get the form I-797 C?
