Options after OPT extension denies

I have applied for OPT extension and I am waiting for OPT extension approval.If my case is denied,what are the other possible options I would have?,is it "game over" situation for me if my OPT extension is denied?

It depends on the reason for the denial. If you believe the application was denied wrongly, you will have the opportunity to file a Motion to Reopen and explain why you think USCIS is wrong.
Otherwise, you will either need to go back to school to maintain your F-1 status or find some other status you may be eligible for.
