Hi friends, My 12 months opt expires on feb 17th 2017. Initially I was with one employer from feb to june. From july to October I'm with another employer. I'm still on bench. But this employer is not ready to sign i983 for 2yr stem opt extension. So I found an other employer who is ready to sign i983. But I am afraid that will change of 3 employers in 12 month opt raise an RFE? And for previous 2 changes i notified my college and got new i20's with employer updations. Please help me with this.

I have changed employers and got my extension approved, no problem..just have all the paystubs, offer letters if paid position or just offer letter if unpaid (invade you get an RFE,I dint get it) also the last position through which you are applying for ext should be a paid position.Comment

Yes, even i did the same, i changed employer at the end movement and applied Extension. I always worked in my field of study, and wasn't faking anything. I think when all the information is true, there is nothing to be worried about. So stay calm, my application was approved in 20 days.Comment
