Hi All,

I had received 2nd RFE for my OPT STEM Extension today seeking for Bonafide Employee relationship with Employer.Did it happen to any one ..?

What kind of documents do we need to submit to USCIS.?

I haven't responded either. Just collecting the paperwork. Will send I 983 (with client name and location, rest filled and signed by contractor), offer letter, employment verification letter, paystubs. That's it. You?

I haven't replied either,I will be sending the I983( which is submitted to college),paystubs and employment verification letter,offer letter and W-2.I am thinking of proceeding with Attorney.

Hi @n1vas. I sent a copy of my I983, paystubs and employment verification letter stating the job title, company name, description etc. I got my STEM Extension approved in about a month after responding to the issued RFE. I used the maximum grace period stated in the RFE for responding. Hope it helps. All the best.

Hi, @ramisakki.

I received the same notice today, and I have two questions about my documents.

1st, now I am working as an intern fellow at my company. Job title is Advanced Analytics Intern Fellow. Are there any influence here if I wrote that in my employment verification letter? Any recommendations？
2nd, HR told me that "Your work status allows you not to pay federal taxes", so there is no federal taxes withholding in my pay stubs. Is it okay to submit these pay stubs to USCIS?
