7 Month OPT Denied for submitting application with less than 150 days remaining

Hi 👋 everyone!!! Hope you all are doing well !!! It just came to my notice that my OPT extension was denied in the basis of not being filed with Ong 150 days of OPT expiring. I had applied wit 147 days remaining. Do you think I should file a appeal to USCIS to reconsider ?? Will it work or do I have to enroll in university to remain in status post December to apply H1 next April ?? Anybody in similar situation, would like to know your experience and wat you did to remediate this ?? Any advice will be appreciate. Thank you.

You have not provided enough details. Did you already have the 17 month STEM extension and you were trying to get the additional 7 months? If so, the USCIS denial is correct and there is nothing you can do unless you can show that USCIS was incorrect or the delay was not caused by you.

When was application was denied? Did that happen immediately after USCIS received your application or they processed for couple of months and gave you a rejection. can you please clarify.
