Lawsuite coming from Consultancy

Hi ,

I joind a consultancy and signed a contract with them ,but after 3 months I returned back to my state and told them that I am gonna to leave usa back to my country.They send me an email that I am under the contract with them and to expect an lawsuite letter from their attorney which will go to my usa resident address and the liability will be attached to my ssn.

What I have to do ?
How long does it takes to sue me ?

usually law suites from consulting companies depends on what you signed in the contract .if you hire an attorney these can be solved easily saying work pressure some thing like that
