Back to STEM OPt Extension before Oct 1st after revoking H1-B Status

Hello Guys,

I need an urgent help from your side.
I was working in Company X through which my H1-B got picked and Approved. Now since that company has been gone bankrupt due to lack of Projects they terminated all their employees including me and their lawyer sent an application for revoking my H1-B Visa. As per today, my documents reached to USCIS on Sept 21st and my case status on USCIS is still "Your Case has been approved". I have following questions considering this situation -
1) What will happen on Oct 1st if my case status does not change on USCIS?
2) I contacted DSO and they need withdrawal receipt from USCIS generated before my Change of Status i.e. Oct 1st, when will i receive that withdrawal receipt from USCIS (Is it okay if i received it after oct 1st but generated before this date) ?
3) I have 24 months of STEM Extension approved will it be affected, if the Case status remain unchanged but since my documents have been already reached to USCIS?

I will really appreciate your replies on this case.

1) you sevis will get deactivated... But if withdrawal is approved then you will be one h1'... They will take some time to do that...
2) yes your employer can provide that... Indicating that you petition has reached uscis...
3) approval or withdrawal might take some... I recommend find a new employer who can transfer your h1... this will save you from lottery.
