HELLO GUYS NEVER THOUGHT OF posting !!ANYWAYS I APPLIED MY OPT AND CASE RECIEVED ON JULY 28TH 2016 AND GOT CASE TRACKING NUMBER TO,BUT HERE COMES THE ISSUE I CANT TRACK MY NUMBER ONLINE IN USCIS CASE TRACKER IT SAYS MY NUMBER AS ERROR contact service center ITS BEEN 40 DAYS I EVEN CALLED SERVICE CENTER WEEK BACK THEY TOLD SOMETIMES IT SHOULD TAKE MORE THAN 45 DAYS TO UPDATE BUT MY FRIEND APPLIED ON JULY 18 2016 AND EVEN RECIEVED HIS OPT CARD! SO IM WORRIED IM THINKING MY CASE AS RFE HOW TO PROCEED FURTHER HELP ME OUT ANYONE WITH THIS PROBLEM

It took more than 30 days for mine to be updated in the system. Yes, sometimes it takes too long to be updated so don't worry. You can call them after 70 days about your status, because USCIS generally consider an application as delayed application after that period (one of the USCIS representative told this to me) DON'T WORRY. Even if you get RFE you will know by that time. Good luck with your application.
