Hello Everyone,
Need some help regarding employer change!! My OPT started in Jun, after 60 days of Unemployment, I reported a consultancy as my employer. I would like to change my employer because of various reasons (Not good at marketing, not faithful etc.). Please answer my following questions.
1) My employer is not running any payroll as of now. So, if I report my DSO with change of employment right away(only 1 month with old employer), will there be any issues (Because of No Payroll for the reported time) while applying for OPT extension or H1B? If yes, any potential solutions?
2) If my employer starts to run a payroll, and later I decide to change my employer a couple of months later, any possibility of facing issues from my employer? If yes, What might be those issues?
Please answer the above questions and also suggest me a better way to come out of this situation.
