Hello,
-- I changed my job recently from contractor to a full time position. The i-983 form given to me by my new employer has address as TX location(one of their main offices) and not the MA location(one of their branches where I will actually work) in the employer information section of the form i-983. However, it is entered in the employer site information section of the form.
-- Because of the this, on my updated I-20, my employer location is shown as TX. Although, that is one of their offices, I will work in their other office located at MA. I am traveling to India in few days and So, I will be entering USA by landing in MA when I am coming back from India and not TX.
Will this not be a problem at my Port of entry when I am coming back?
I request you to please let me know. Thank You!
