Change of Employer during OPT

I am on my post completion OPT period. I have accepted an offer from one employer on contractual basis. The start date is September 6. I have been given a verbal offer from another employer for a full-time position that will be more permanent. However, due to some administrative problem they have not extended the official written offer. I do not want to let go of the contractual position as I have been unemployed for 45 days already and the other offer is not official yet. Is it possible to change employers later within a period of 1 week of starting a new job if I receive the other offer for the full-time position? Does it in any way violate my F-1 status requirements?

You can change the employer any time but make sure company is E-verified.

You can change jobs, just make sure you report the duration you worked to your university
