I graduated in August 2015. My EAD card expires on 13th Sept,2016. I have to apply for STEM OPT extension.
I got a job in Company A on 25th June ,2016. However, I was the employee and on the payroll of company B for the first three months of probation. This company B is an E-verified company. Company B did my background check and created a case number.
On 25th August,2016, I became the permanent employee of company A (Company A is not e-verified) and turns out company A is also not the client of company B either. So , on my request Company A got themselves e-verified and gave me their e-verification number.
My question is ,
1) What extra, apart from registering for e-verify, will Company A have to do?
2) Will Company A also have to do my background check and create a case ID ?
