OPT EAD card name error

Hai
i got my OPT EAD card on June 3rd as i see name error i contact USCIS as the error was made by USCIS and they ask me to sent back my original EAD card. So I mailed to USCIS service center and it got delivered on June 8th 2016. My employment start date on OPT EAD was June 29, i didn't received my card back yet.
Any one have any idea about this, like after how many days does normally USCIS return the new card. As i contacted USCIS multiple times and they forward my call to level 2 (immigration) officer they also says you need to wait.

Within 90 days, You can continue to work. Same case happened with me this year. Contacting USICS will just confuse you.
