OPT expiring on december while I130 form is filing next month

Hi. I am getting a project through my employer. My current OPT is expiring on 9th of december (no stem as i have done masters in business). My spouse is filing my i 130 form. I don't know how much time it will take to approve it and later on we will file i 485 (work permit, travel document and GC) form after i 130 approval. I would like to ask can I join this project while my i 130 status will be pending? After my opt expired, i am still legally authorized to work in usa? Your early responses will be highly appreciated

it depend when u submit the paper work...i heard that uscis will turn a blind eye if u work without authorization as long as u married us citizen

Why are you waiting until your I-130 is approved to file the AOS, EAD and travel permit? If she is a US citizen, you should be filing all of these applications together with the I-130. If not, what are you going to do after December 9? You will need to stop working on December 9 and you will need to leave the US before your 60 days of grace period is complete.
