I am a Graduate business student and finding the OPT list very confusing.
The last updated STEM list from 2012 claims to have "Management Science"and "Business Statistics", the only 2 major closely related to business.
However, i am not sure how specific management science has to be.
Because there are majors where the title is -
Management science with MBA
management science with information system
management science with accounting/finance .. etc
Accounting, Finance, MBA are not STEM.
So
Do any of you For sure confirm if something like "Management Science in Information system" will qualify as STEM and eventually qualify me to get a OPT card longer than 1 year?
