OPT card- How long does it take?

I applied on Marth 25th its still in INITIAL REVIEW.
Can anybody help me with this

Atleast 90 days from the day the receive ur application !!

I apply is the first week of april. it is stll in initial review also,

Does it help if it is pre-completion OPT?

It depends on what time you are applying.. If u apply in d peak period where everyone else also applies.. It takes more than month.. I received mine in 2 weeks

I have applied on 21st april and i got my Ead on May 27th

I applied on April 18th nd I got my OPT card on June 3rd... So hopefully by end of this month or may be before that....!!

I applied for OPT in the last week of April. My status on the USCIS website says Initial review and that they received my application on April 29th. When can I expect my EAD card?
