H1B status update

Hi my consultancy Applied for my H-1b and it got picked and got a query. We submitted respective documets for the RFE on 17thAug and by 18thAug my status changed to "My Name Updated"
Can someone please tell me what that exactly meant by??

Mostly approved when they change the status usually mistakes happen u will get u r approved letter in two weeks
