  • Got jobs but first EAD is pending.

I have applied for Post OPT, and my EAD is in pending. Would that be any problem issuing my first EAD card if I start working on my SSN I got three jobs positions related to my field, and the employees already prepared a schedule and employment letter for me? So should I start work ? Would it affect my future immigration benefits ? Please help

You cannot work until the OPT is approved. The SSN is simply a number that identifies you in the US tax system. Having an SSN does not mean you are authorized to work.
