Hi, is there anyone for whom the OPT-EAD has got denied and has filed for motion with I-290B form filled. If so, within how many days can we expect the result? Will that be approval or do we need to hear any bad news again? Its been more than 90 days for me after sending the I-290B form and still it says "NAME WAS UPDATED" and there is no progress. Its already been more than 3 months I got wasted my time and I am still in confused state what to do and what to hear from them. If there anyone who faced like this, please share your reviews, so that I can be confident enough for my next steps.

This is my first opt. And my denial letter says that ( " USCIS has sent you request for evidence (RFE) to send particular documents ,where you have send us various documents but you did not send the requested official transcripts from university and also the DSO ( designated school officer ) broucher which you send was not in sealed envelope and only last page was signed by DSO.so therefore you are not eligible. There is no appeal to this decision, you may file a motion on form i290b with proper fee"). Now, i have submitted all documents,school transcripts and sealed and signed dso brochure along with my i-290b form with proper fee.Comment
