Looking for Consultancies contacts to save my unemployment days while on OPT extension

Hi all,

I have a few days left for my unemployment and I am looking for some contacts for the consultancies who hires people under their company's umbrella directly. My location preference is Seattle area and then West coast like Bay Area or LA. If this doesn't work out, I am also open to other locations as well. Please help.
