OPT extension approved for 17 months in April 26. But no job an no pay roll run.

Hi DesiOPT Team,

I got my Stem OPT ext approved for 17 months in April 26 since then i did not get a job as my employer did not market my profile in between. So its been more then 90 days just wanted to know is it ok if they dont run the payroll. Please let me know if i need to make sure the pay roll should run. As my employer said he can run back dated pay roll is it possible.
