OPT Receipt misplaced, How to get a receipt number ?

Calling USCIS will not likely help since you don't have a case number or an A number. Does your DSO have the receipt number?

check your email ID , the one you mentioned on G1145 form

I have received my OPT application receipt,but misplaced it. how can I get my Receipt number to check the status of my application or for anyother reference.
