Opt extension

Hi guys! My opt start date is on feb 15, 2016 to feb 14, 2017. I have exceed my 90 days period without unemployment but I have updated my sevis with the 'x' consultancy before the 90 days and I got the new i20 with the updated employer. Which means my 90 day period ends at may 15 , 2016 . The problem is my previous consultancy won't file for new I 983. So I moved to different consultancy who has capability to file my opt stem extension but the problem is I joined the new consultancy on June 20, 2016. So they are gonna start the employment date on the same day which I have joined. They didn't accept for back date my employment . They need some document for the previous 90 days unemployment period. But I only have I20 recorded with the employer details and I don't know whether I could get a employment letter from May 15, 2016 to June 19, 2016. I'm not sure whether I should get this or my i20 will support enough. I don't have any idea when it comes to opt stem extensions. Please help me...!

May i know the employer who is signing the i-983 because my employer said to me that,he wont sign on i-983.And i don't have much time to apply for that.Please let me knoe achchu

yes, I can provide you that info. But before I just wanna mention that they were not sure about the required documentation is still in process.
