regarding stem opt extension 24 months

Hi friends,

please help me out with a solution please.

I done my masters from X university in September 2015, i done job like 3 months after my opt-started .After that i'm not having a job from last 3 months too.2-days back my employer said that,he can't sign for a i-983 form because of i'm in bench .But ,now a days the market is not good.I don't know what to do ??? .can you people please help me out for a better solution please ???
