I had applied for pre-completion OPT for my internship. The pre-completion OPT duration was for 3 months. As the processing time got delayed, I ended up using CPT. After my CPT got approved, sent a letter to withdraw my OPT application. After few days of sending the withdrawal request letter, my application status has changed to "Withdrawal Acknowledgement Notice Was Sent". The notice sent by USCIS is getting delayed for reasons I am not aware of, so wanted to make sure what this status mean. Was my withdrawal request accepted? Did I save 3 months of OPT?
