How much time I have left to leave the country after my OPT working permit expires? Also my F1 Visa is still working until February 2017

60 days to enroll in a new school or do a changes of status or leave the country... Good luckComment

You have 60 days to leave the country. If Feb 2017 is when OPT expires , you have to leave in April 2017. Just count 60 calendar days from the date on your EAD.
Also note , you cannot apply for H1b and over stay because you can only stay without OPT once your lottery decision is made , not once your application is submitted in April 1st week.Comment

H1 is picked you have to tell your DSO to extend till Sept 30th since you would fall into cap gap extension.Also, my
Lawyer told me that since my OPT has expired and if you have applied for H1, then we get 60 days from the date of denial notice. Hope this is helpful. All the best..Comment
