Opt Card is no mailed to my address but my cases was approved 3 months back

Greetings,
I applied for I-765 (OPT) on Nov 17 2015 and my case was received on Nov 19 2015, And the case was approved on Mar 19 2016 after multiple calls to customer care and with one service request.
The status says “ New Card Is Being Produced”. I waited for 1 week, but I didn’t get any card to the address is given.
Again, I called USCIS customer care on April 18 2016 they requested for new service request type "Non-Delivery of Employment Authorization Card”.
On April 28 2016 I got a mail from USCIS saying that we designated representative contact us about your case we will respond in 30 days. But I didn’t get any response.
Again, I called USCIS customer care on June 02 2016 asked me to direct mail to them and follow up.
After one week I got a mail from them saying we assigned you request to the designated officer we will reply you in a week. It's almost 2 weeks from the date i got a mail from them but no response from them.
Again, I called them USCIS on JUN 10 again they raised another Service Request type "Non-Delivery of Employment Authorization Card" .
My case was approved on Mar 19 2016 by June 19 2016 it going to be 3 months. So, Kindly let me know because of late processing of EAD card does it affect my status or do I need to report anything regarding this to the USCIS or to my School.
Usually, I-765 we get EAD for 1 year, i.e. 12 months. Does it count from the date once the card received to me or the date case was approved.
Kindly help me out I really worried about it. Let me know if you need any other details.
