I'm working on a contract at client location. My employer is in different state. How can I fille the Section - 5 of Form-983. It's asking Site name /Location etc.
Please suggest. Thanks.

Is your question, can you work at a different state than your actual employer location ? please provide more details

I'm employed under Company "A". On behalf of Company "A" I'm working under company "B". Company "A" just makes money by deducting from my salary. It's not a company that's offering technology or anything. Company "A" is in Arizona and Company "B" where I'm currently working is in New York. Couldn't understand how to fillout section-5 of Form I983 in this case.

hello,
i am in a same situation as now. under the new rule, you cannot be employed by a third party but given that, i still filled out section 5 of I983 by company B while Company A provided the signature.
