OPT- received an RFE to send I20

Hi everyone. I applied for OPT on march 30th 2016 (This is the day when USCIS received my application for OPT) after I received my I20 with OPT recommendation on March 28th. On June 10th, I received an RFE stating as follows:

"Please submit form i20 endorsed within 30 days of filing form I-765 with USCIS and within 30 days of the date the DSO made a recommendation for OPT. This should be the form I20 issued when your DSO entered the recommendation for OPT on march 28th. The form i20 must be signed by the student and DSO "

So when I approached my university about this they issued me a new I20 with another recommendation for OPT dated June 13th. I have mailed both the I20 issued on march 28th (since it was the one requested for) as well as the new I20 issued by the university. I wanted to know if me sending a new I20 will cause any issue? Please help me with
this.

Should we have to submit the i765 form again?

No. Submit what's requested in the RFE.

What if we changed our jobs in between. I had a different job when I filed for my application on March 31 and now I have a different one. I have a RFE asking for new I20 with 24 months extension stated on it.

You violated your status when you changed jobs and didn't request for an amendment.

Navita, unless and until you change your employer, there is no need to report the school. I mean no need to report whenever you change jobs or projects. Make sure you did not change your employer. If you have changed your employer, report to DSO, and request new I20.

Nothing will happen even one of my friend faced a same prob then he submitted a new i20 from the school so hopefully you will get approve by a week
