stem extension and H1b problem for non related major field

Hi i did my bachelors in pharmacy and i moved to computer science major in masters now i want to try a job in IT with health science field which is like validation jobs, regulatory affairs and clinical side .i just want to know is they any problem for me to get STEM EXTENSION OF OPT and in the H1b if i get the job in those streams.please let me know.

STEM extension is based solely on your degree field, and it’s listed in the STEM list. However, your job must be related to your degree. Meaning, the job you obtain under STEM OPT must be related to your Computer Science degree.
