I work in a primary care clinic and I graduated with a B.S in Biomedical Sciences. I work as a medical assistant and my Doctor is the president of the clinic. My question is does the salary and company size (3 people) matter for new STEM Extension? My work is directly related to my field of study and also I work more than 20 hours per week. Please advise.

The salary should be at par with other people in the same profession and experience group. The company should have the resources to train you.Comment
