Stem OPT I-983 Request

Hi All,

Don"t know if i am the only one facing this situation at this moment or there are several with similar issue.

I have got an RFE after may 10th stating that i have to submit I-983 form. Am with consultancy firm now and searching for new project. My Employer is not willing to share me the I-983 since they are confused about the process. What should i do in this case now ? Because my OPT Ext will be denied if i dont respond back. And please let me know if i can change my Employer at the time of processing. Please help me with the suitable answers and different possible ways i can move forward with.
