Please help!!!!!!!

Hello there,
I am facing the worst days of my life. I finished my masters a year back and applied for OPT. I finished a project at a reputed company which lasted for two months. Now my OPT ends on August 20th. I should have applied OPT extension by now but I didn't. I don't have i983 form signed by employer. Can I apply for opt extension without the employer signature in i983 form? As per new opt rules, no employer is coming forward to sign the form? This is making me sleepless. My parents in India don't know about my situation and they are waiting for my financial help. I am financially very weak to apply for day1 cpt colleges. What happens to my status if no one signs the form? Please suggest me some scenarios that helps me.

Please shed some light on me.

You have more than 2 months to find an employer. Concentrate on finding one.

Hey, you cannot apply for OPT STEM without the signed i-983 form. Find another employer who can sign this for you. You still have some time to apply for STEM. Don't get panic. You're not the only one affecting by the new rules of STEM.

Don't panic , if your Opt is ending on August 20th you can start the process on August 1st and make sure Uscis receives the packet before August 20th . Make your employer talk to a lawyer ASAP and fill in the i983 carefully . Go slow as its new to every 1 out there . Some solutions can pop up over the next few weeks

Dont get panic there will be solutions to it most important thing you should have job that is related to your study

Form i983 is a big commitment for the employer so find a company that has the resources and they would be happy to sign the form for you.

Volunteer for the school you studied before. University actually has E-verify number which can help you in this case. You have 60 days while waiting for new card coming plus 3 months unemployment. This time should be enough for you to find new job and support yourselves and your family. Btw, good luck
