Hi,
I am on OPT and 8 and 1/2 month have been passed. My major is MSEE and I work as intern for a startup company. I have to apply for STEP extension in next month. As its a startup company, HR paper work is handled by a staffing company. I have few queries for my STEM extension.
1. Do STEM extension has any level of job requirements? Can I get STEM extension by working as intern? My works relates with my major both staffing and my company are E verified.
2. Do STEM has any salary requirements? As i work as intern they pays around $20/hour (40hr/week).
3. My contact will finish in January, 2017. Is this offer letter can denied my STEP extension?
