OPT notice undelivered

Hello ,

I had applied for OPT on april 4th 2016. On may 27th 2016 the status on USCIS website changed from "Case received" to "Notice Was Returned To USCIS Because The Post Office Could Not Deliver It". I have requested the notice again on the same address on which I received the OPT receipt. Can I know if this might effect my OPT approval days ?
