Regarding Page 7 of Form I-983 7 month STEM OPT Extension

The form I-983 located here has on Page 7, Final Evaluation thing to be completed.

However, on the instructions to fill that form given here :

It says that "Final evaluation (page 7 of Form I-983) due at conclusion of 24-month STEM OPT period ". How can i fill the form at the end of 24 month STEM OPT as I need to send this form for application purpose?

Please advise what you guys have done?

You don't need to to fill it now. Leave it blank. You need to fill it once your 24 months period is over or you change your employer...
