OPT date change

Have anyone had their OPT date changed from what is on the I20. I have applied my OPT on April 21st. My university wanted me to change it to July 14th as the recommended duration is 90 days. Now, I have got a job and the start date is June 20th. If I receive the OPT card before June 20th will the start be still July 12th or would they change the date on the card to sometime in June may be 1 week from the card print date.
Do I have to expedite the process or wait ?

It cannot be changed... Its It's taking longer to process eads so we dont have much of a choice... Good luck
